CRUMBLE, performed by MORA THEATER NEW YORK
24, 25, 26 Aug at 5pm
Venue: a local kitchen to be revealed on ticket purchase
Tickets: £12 (£7 Students)
A dark, funny and emotionally powerful one-woman play about a baking-obsessed English housewife with an unravelling private life.
CRUMBLE was described as “…an excitingly different bit of theatre” by The Tyro Theatre Critic. NearSay New York’s critic called it “…one of the most refreshing and genuine performances I’ve ever seen”. The New York Post called it “the newest twist on dinner theater”.
The play is performed in a real kitchen, so audience members get up close and personal with Sylvie Cranshaw, as she serves up an intimate theatrical treat.
CRUMBLE is not suitable for children or people of a mild disposition.
“…transforms from dark comedy to darker drama, with mounting tension that is palpable.”
